Yes. Digital coupons load onto your Ralphs Rewards Card, so you need to be signed in at ralphs.com before a run. Some Ralphs help pages call it a Shopper’s Card — it is the same card, shared with the rest of the Kroger family. OttoClipper clips into whichever account is already signed in on that tab; it never enters credentials for you.
